PADI Adventure Diver Course (ADV) Baht5,500
The Adventure course (Adv) is 1-day course for those who do not have time to complete their Advanced Open Water course but still wish to walk away with a certification that allows them to enjoy an even greater experience and deeper diving. This involves 3-dives, normally a deep dive to a maximum depth of 30m (100ft), an underwater naturalist dive and a night dive.

PADI Advanced Open Water Course (AOW) Baht8,500
The Advanced Open Water Course (AOW) is a 2-day course that takes the Open Water Diver to the next level. This course offers 5 dives of which the deep dive and the underwater navigation dive are mandatory dives whilst the student may select any 3 dives such as photography, search & recovery, peak performance buoyancy, night diving, naturalist to name just a few.
After completion of the AOW course, the student receives AOW certification and may dive to a maximum depth of 40m (120ft) with experience.

PADI Divemaster Course (DM) Baht25,000
The PADI Divemaster (DM) course is the first step to becoming a PADI professional and a dive leader. As a PADI DM, the student takes diving to a greater level learning more academically and practically about the business of diving, assisting PADI Instructors as well as improving their own diving skills to a professional level. This is an eight-week internship programme to take DM learning to incorporate essential skills beyond the PADI level.

This DSD course is designed for those who would like to try a diving experience during their vacation without having to commit to a course or who are unsure as to whether diving would be an enjoyable experience for them. DSD involves 2-dives to a maximum depth of 12m (36ft) under the guidance of a certified PADI Instructor or 6m (18ft) under the guidance of a certified PADI Divemaster.

PADI Scuba Diver Course (SD) Baht6,500
The SD course is specifically designed for those who do not have the time or do not wish to spend 4-days studying and training during their vacation. This is a 2-day course involving three academic sessions, three-confined water sessions (swimming pool or bay) and two open water dives to a maximum depth of 12m (36ft). Although certified as a PADI SD, this license requires that PADI Scuba Divers must dive under the supervision of a PADI professional.

PADI Nitrox Diver Course (EANx) Baht12,500
This 2-day course is the only PADI specialty course than can be combined with another course; hence, you could be on the road to the Master Scuba Diver qualification if you already hold the EFR & Rescue as well as other specialty qualifications. The Enriched Air course allows you to be able to extend your bottom times with a 32% and 36% oxygen mixture thus allowing you to enjoy some of the more enjoyable diving experiences such as wreck diving and deep diving.

PADI Rescue Diver Course (RESC/EFR) Baht13,000
The Emergency First Response (EFR) course is a pre-requisite to entering the PADI Rescue Diver course in which the student learns to manage everyday general accidents, dive emergencies and CPR. This is a 1-day academic course.
The PADI Rescue Diver (Resc) takes AOW divers towards entirely new level of diving where managing and preventing problems to others makes the Rescue Diver a much more aware diver. Probably the most satisfying of all PADI courses, the PADI Rescue course is a 3-day course that involves academic and rescue scenarios that raises the diver's level of confidence in their own abilities to assess, handle and manage emergencies.

FUN DIVE TRIPS
Two trips daily, three trips every third day (night dive).
Morning trip departs 06:30am (Two Dives)
Afternoon trip departs 12:30pm (Two Dives)
Night Dive trip departs 18:30pm (One Dive)
Cost per trip = Baht 2,000
Cost per trip and Night Dive = Baht 3,200
Cost of Night Dive only = Baht 1,500
All diving trips are inclusive of diving equipment rental, tea, coffee, water, and fresh fruits during the dive trips. If you are using your own and complete diving equipment, all trip rates are less 10%.
For dive trips and dive courses, the maximum number of divers/students per PADI Divemaster/Instructor is six.

INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT (IDC) COURSE
FREE TWO DAY PREARATION PROGRAMME BEFORE IDC START DATE
During the 2 days of preparation IDC Staff members will conduct dive theory examinations, skill workshops and gather all the necessary paperwork and information for the IDC and IE applications, such as medical statements, cert. card details, etc.
TEN DAY INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT COURSE
(ASSISTAND INSTRUCTOR & OPEN WATER SCUBA INSTRUCTOR)

The first day of the IDC a full schedule will be given out to all the candidates for the entire Coral Grand PADI IDC. The IDC consists of academic presentations of PADI standards, PADI Experience Programs, PADI courses, confined water presentations, open water presentations and skills demonstrations. You will spend your days in our classroom, swimming pool and out on our boats. TWO DAY INSTRUCTOR EXAMINATION (I.E.)

The IE is a two-day program, conducted by PADI Staff Examiners from PADI Asia Pacific, who will evaluate IDC candidates throughout the IE. Candidates are evaluated for their presentations in knowledge development, confined and open water. Written exams in dive theory and PADI Systems, Standards and Procedures are also conducted. 
DAN OXYGEN PROVIDER OR NITROX DURING THE IDC
During the course, all Coral Grand Divers enrolled PADI IDC candidates have the option of completing either the DAN Oxygen Administration Course or the PADI Enriched Air (EANx or Nitrox) course at student level. These courses form an essential foundation for the continuation of your professional education at Instructor level soon after the Instructor Examination.
COURSES ARE CONDUCTED USING THE LATEST PADI SORTWARE AND MATERIALS
Classroom presentations are conducted with customized PADI software that is projected on a large screen for full effect and comprehension. All software and slide shows are updated with the latest PADI information. All PADI materials are updated and available for instructor development. This includes all manuals, exams, promotion materials and other PADI products.
FREE DAILY LUNCH INCLUDED DURING THE IDC
Lunch will be served at the Happy Snapper Restaurant daily for IDC candidates.
EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE (EFR) UPDATE IF REQUIRED
To participate in our Coral Grand Divers Thailand PADI IDC candidates must have a current (within the past 24 months) First Aid and CPR certification. If you are not current with First Aid or CPR, staff members will conduct an Emergency First Response (EFR) course. This is a pre-requisite for candidates wanting to become EFR Instructors. This will include ‘Primary/Secondary Care' and ‘Care for Children' courses necessary for continuation to Instructor level.

KOH TAO CORAL GRAND RESORT ACCOMMODATION
During the Coral Grand Thailand PADI IDC, you have the option of being accommodated in the Coral Grand Resort. All facilities are located on site and in close proximity of the dive center, diving pool and restaurant. Coral Grand Divers Koh Tao offers two main types of accommodation:
A wide range of luxurious Cottages complete in every way (Captain's suite, beach and poolside Pirate Cottage, superior and standard Sailor Cottages)
A limited range of less expensive bungalow style Treasure Rooms.

IDC PRE-REQUISITES

TO ENROLL IN AN IDC, AN INDIVIDUAL MUST:
Be certified as a PADI Divemaster or hold a leadership level certification with another recreational diver training organization.
Be at least 18 years of age
Be fit for diving and submit a Medical Statement for a diving medical examination conducted within the past 12 months. A licensed physician must sign the form and state that the candidate is fit for diving. The physician signing the form may not be the applicant.
Have been a certified diver for at least six months and completed and logged at least 60 dives showing experience in night diving, deep diving and underwater navigation (as documented and have completed in the individual's logbook.) Please Note : To attend an Instructor Examination (IE), the instructor candidate must have at least 100-logged dives.
Submit proof of CPR and first aid training within the last 24 months
Submit documentation of any qualifying certifications for entry level, advanced, rescue and leadership level issued by another recreational diver training organization.
If not a PADI Divemaster, successfully complete the PADI Divemaster Course diver rescue skills assessment.
PREPARATION FOR THE IDC
Use the PADI Dive Knowledge Workbook and complete the exercises for Physics, Physiology, Equipment, Skills & Environment and the RDP theory
Use the PADI Instructor Candidate Workbook in conjunction with the Instructor manual and other PADI reference manuals and answer the exercise questions. Sections that require the use of other PADI material such as The Best of the Undersea Journal, The Business of Diving, Law and the Dive Professional and Children and Diving can be completed during the 2 day IDC preparation. All PADI materials are available for use during the IDC here at Coral Grand Divers. PLEASE NOTE : It is a PADI REQUIREMENT that all 16 Knowledge Reviews from the IDC candidate Workbook MUST be completed before commencement of the IDC
Practice the 20-water skills listed in the Divemaster section of the instructor manual to DEMONSTRATION quality execution
Practice swimming 800 meters non-stop with mask, fins & snorkel
