Reservation Guarantee Policy:
- A room will be held until 12:00 on the day of arrival unless guaranteed
- If you are arriving after 12:00, the following will be acceptable as a guarantee:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
- Off Season - Should be made 7 days before date of arrival otherwise a one night cancellation fee will be applied for all rooms reserved
- Peak Season - Should be made 30 days before date of arrival otherwise, 50% of total amount on cancellation will be applied for all rooms reserved
- Check-out prior to booked date must be made at least 24 hours before departure date and a one night cancellation fee will be applied for all room reserved
- No-show - Full charge will be applied for all rooms reserved
